Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thaniaddressed his neighbouring states on Monday asking them to life the blockade that Qatar has had to face.

Acting as a mediator, Kuwait has presented Qatar a long-awaited list of demands from Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt, four Arab nations that cut ties with Qatar in early June.

It follows Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the UAE and Bahrain imposing diplomatic and economic sanctions on Qatar earlier this month over allegations that the country funds terrorism, something U.S. president Donald Trump has also alleged and that Qatar has denied.

The Arab states also demanded that Qatar make a declaration against terrorist groups including Daesh and al-Qaeda, halt funding to those organizations, and hand over any individuals from those organizations in the country.

Reacting to the reported list, Turkish Defense Minister Fikri Isik said Friday that Ankara has no plans to review its military base in Qatar, adding that the country views any demand for the closure of the facility as interference in bilateral relations with Doha.

Refuse to naturalize the citizens of the Arab States and expel those who are in Qatar now, so that Qatar "no longer interferes in the internal affairs of the states". Qatar's only land routes go through Saudi Arabia, so it now relies exclusively on sea and air supplies.

"Undermining serious diplomacy will lead to parting of ways", UAE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Anwar Gargash, said on Twitter. For the following 10 years, Qatar would be monitored annually for compliance.

"Maybe the fate of Al Jazeera will depend on talks between the government of Qatar and its neighbours". The United States Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, on June 21, had said that he hopes the demand laid out by the bloc would be "reasonable and actionable". A trade and diplomatic embargo has been in place against Qatar for two weeks, with the Gulf countries accusing the Qatari government of aiding terrorism.
