The woman, who was referred to them by an agency, is three months along, and is reportedly a complete pro when it comes to carrying other people's babies - as this is not her first time.

The pair are reported to have turned to a surrogate after discovering that Kim suffers from placenta accreta, which is a condition that would make another pregnancy life-threatening for her. She even appeared in a promotional video with her own family to explain the process to potential parents-to-be. TMZ reports that she will be paid $45,000 in 10 monthly installments of $4,500. It is being reported that the contract says she has to behave and no drinking, smoking or drug use; no hot tubs or saunas; no raw fish; and no handling cat litter.

Fans of Keeping Up With the Kardashians are aware that Kardashian spent a good deal of time with fertility doctors before seriously considering hiring a surrogate.

She added that 'if for some reason I left this world sooner than I really wanted to, then my kids would have a support system at home'.

At the moment, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are locked in a bitter feud with Beyonce and her husband, Jay Z. Kim is constantly trying to compete with and steal attention away from her rival.

The Kardashian-Wests are reportedly due in January 2018. But Kim and Kanye chose to go through an agency.

Last month, reports emerged about Kanye and Kim hiring a surrogate. If the surrogate loses any reproductive organ, she gets $4,000.

Kardashian had also previously expressed a desire to grow her family.

Should the surrogate become pregnant with multiple children, the couple will pay a additional $5,000 per child - all on top of the huge $68,850 deposit given to the agency.

After undergoing surgery, Kardashian was told that she can't carry any more children.

In one of the episodes of KUWTK in April, Kim is heard saying to her mother Kris Jenner, that she has accepted that she can not carry one more baby and has made a decision to "explore" surrogacy.
