"Danielle Bregoli, also known as the 'Cash Me Ousside" girl, has been sentenced to five years probation.

On different occasions past year, Bregoli was accused of stealing her mother's purse and vehicle and falsely reporting to police that her mother was using heroin by spreading powdered sugar on a bathroom counter and describing it to cops, officials said.

Palm Beach County Circuit Judge Lou Delgado allowed Bregoli to carry out her probation in California, where she has been living for the past few months.

He made similar claims when she pleaded guilty in court late June and tearfully told reporters: 'My daughter is being exploited.

She also called the cops to falsely report her mother was on heroin.

She conceded awesome robbery, great burglary auto, ownership of cannabis and documenting a false report in a hearing in June.

She appearaed at a hearing at South County Courthouse, in Delray Beach, to hear her discipline for offenses she conferred before her fleeting ascent to distinction.

Peskowitz, who works for the Palm Beach County Sheriffs Office, claims his parental rights are being 'stripped away, ' WPBF reported. Jail time woulda been a good reality show for her.
